If it's really trashed, ship it to Fox Water Sports in Cape Hatteras or have a buddy take it if he/she is headed that way.
Sail repair by Gerta Reid. You have to ship your sail but she has the materials to do it right and at a reasonable price. Alternatively, there are a couple of places in Hatteras, again if you or a friend are headed that way.
